How can we use our voice to affect change? How can we speak up when things are unfair for ourselves and others? What stops us? What makes us tongue-tied, afraid to speak...or yell...or sing?
The Outside Voice Project directly addresses vocal trauma by utilizing breath work, yoga, and mindfulness techniques to uncover the authentic voice. Using a trauma-informed approach, we work with our clients to create safe boundaries and consent, utilize techniques to free the natural voice, and explore self-care practices to build a safe and stable foundation and to ensure a space to grow artistically.
