"(Natalie) is kind, compassionate, and clearly presents instructions for yoga poses, knows how the body works, and what one can anticipate experiencing during a pose. Her knowledge base, enthusiasm, warm personality, and clear directions make a virtual appointment a very successful and therapeutic experience. Her meditations are also great." -Diane V. Benicia, CA
"My yoga is at a new level partly because of Natalie’s competence and strength as a teacher. (I am enrolled in a year-long yoga teacher training program.) She motivates. She reminds me to listen to my inner voice and wisdom. She brings me back to the breath. I am both stronger and more mindful. I feel that same calm and confidence when I am on my bike or running on the trail."

“Two months ago I found myself putting my nerves and intimidation aside as I took my 1st Yoga class. Natalie led the session and took me on a personal journey of strengthening my body and mind and leaving me with a feeling of calmness and peace. I was hooked. Over and over her positive energy and encouragement inspire me to believe in myself and take what I need from each practice. I feel more at peace with my mind and body than ever. Every week I see my body transforming and becoming stronger and more flexible, not to mention the inches I've lost. I look forward to making this a life long practice and encourage everyone to try. With Natalie's guidance, people of all shapes and sizes can benefit from it and make it their own.”

"Natalie's love and enthusiasm for yoga and for life come through in her teaching-her classes are a delight. She gives options to step it up a notch, as well as step it down, depending on what we're feeling that day. Listening to our bodies and honoring the messages we receive is an overall theme that makes her classes feel so personal and fresh."
