Day Nine - Sangha

Today I decided to join my cohort for my sequence, meditation, and kriya. I was in a terrible mood this morning. The weather was gloomy, I woke up too early, I was tired and achy. And at first, I didn't want to be on the Zoom call at all. But then everything changed.


It was so good to be around people again, albeit virtually. Smiles, social cuing, hearing other voices. And then afterwards, I did some work on my FYT yoga module --> focusing on EFT and TRE - I shook for a few minutes and I feel even better.


So, some things I want to add to my morning routine: some warm up poses like we did in the sangha today, and finishing with some TRE. Adding little by little to my practice. All with the goal of feeling better physically, emotionally, and mentally.
