Today my beautiful sister starts an aggressive form of chemotherapy for her lymphoma. I've been holding so much in during the past two months, but yesterday I gave myself the permission to sob a bit in the evening. I usually lead with gratitude and that is what gets me through, and has gotten me through challenging times in my life. However, last night I just needed to cry. And it felt good.
